The support from local leaders and other people during dolphin stranding is fundamental. This program tries to offer a basic training to leaders in coastal communities in order to create a link our foundation’s experts. Its main objective is to train personnel in adequate handling of stranded cetaceans. The program was initiated in September of the 2007. Publications
